About Sondra

Sondra Blackwell is an Associate Broker with Blackwell Realty, Inc., serving buyers and sellers throughout Daphne, Fairhope, Spanish Fort, Alabama’s Eastern Shore and Baldwin County. A full-time real estate professional since 2000, Sondra brings more than two decades of experience, local market knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals.

Having grown up in the real estate business, Sondra understands that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction—it is an important life decision. She works closely with first-time buyers, experienced homeowners, sellers, investors and those relocating to coastal Alabama. Her goal is to make every step of the process clear and manageable while providing responsive communication, knowledgeable guidance and personalized service.

Sondra is a Certified International Property Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist, professional designations that require specialized education and demonstrated real estate experience. In 2015, she and her husband, Bo Blackwell, opened Blackwell Realty, Inc., an independent, locally owned brokerage based in Daphne. Together, they have built their company around integrity, excellent service and lasting relationships with their clients and agents.

Outside of real estate, Sondra and Bo are proud parents of two children and grandparents to two grandchildren. Their son, Camp, and his wife, Chelsea, also work in real estate, making the profession a true family business. Sondra and Bo are active in their local community through church activities, the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary and other volunteer efforts. As the wife of a veteran, Sondra also values the opportunity to assist veterans, first responders, teachers and clergy.

When she is not helping clients, Sondra enjoys spending time with her family and taking advantage of the outdoor lifestyle available along Alabama’s Gulf Coast, including fishing and boating.
