They helped us focus on the most important criteria and expertly negotiated on our behalf. We are moving in from out of state, so we weren't able to be present for some of the important decisions. Not only did they find us the perfect home after listening carefully to what we were looking for, but their expertise, diligence and persistence resulted in us saving literally 10s of 1000s of dollars when negotiating the purchase price, and then renegotiating the price following the inspections. We were moving from out of state, and they took care of everything for us since we were absent. They went above and beyond in helping us find inspectors (as well as contractors for our post-closing painting, repairs, etc), making moving arrangements, arranging for insurance and utilities, and ensuring a completely hassle-free closing.
