With a gift for identifying his clients’ goals and prioritizing their needs, Garrison Johns brings a solutions-based approach to every real estate interaction. A graduate of Daphne High School, he went on to study Business Marketing. Garrison joined Martelli Enterprises, ultimately achieving the position of senior account executive by facilitating productivity and ensuring that every client felt heard, respected and valued. He honed his sales experience through hundreds of client interactions, leading him to consistently exceed sales goals. Additionally, Garrison worked as an insurance adjuster, conducting storm damage assessments and assisting clients through the reimbursement process.
Most recently, Garrison applied his client-centered values to real estate as a Senior Market Lead for IRBY Buys where he has closed over one hundred transactions and earned accolades as their top performer in 2021. Often described as growth-minded, determined, positive and approachable; Garrison always goes above and beyond. He possesses the necessary market knowledge and analytical skills to be an asset to all his clients who range from first-time homebuyers to experienced commercial investors. He is personally invested in every transaction and is especially proud of the times he helped his clients achieve their goals. Garrison joined Blackwell Realty as a licensed Realtor in 2022.
On a personal note, Garrison is the oldest of six and takes his responsibility to look out for his family very seriously. This loyalty and care extend to all he works with which is most likely why they feel as if they’re part of his family too.
